Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.

• There is no restriction on family members entering.

• Proof of age and residency may be required.

2. Entry and Payment

• Entry to the competition is by paid entry only.

• Multiple entries are permitted; each entry requires correctly answering a trivia question and making a successful payment.

• Entry is only valid once payment is received via PayPal Friends and Family option.

• Payments made via other PayPal options or payment methods will not qualify as valid entries.

• No refunds will be issued unless the competition is cancelled by Elite Travel Explorers / Elite Travel Tix.

3. Competition Format

• Entrants must answer a football trivia question correctly to qualify for entry into the competition draw.

• Each correct answer and successful payment grants one or more entries as purchased (e.g., 1 entry = £10, 2 entries = £15, 4 entries = £25).

• All qualifying entries are entered into a digital random wheel draw.

• A minimum of 60 qualifying entries is required for the prize draw to take place. Minimum entry will change from draw to draw.

• If this minimum is not met, the competition may be extended, rescheduled, or an alternative prize may be offered at the discretion of Elite Travel Explorers / Elite Travel Tix.

4. Draw and Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random via a digital wheel spin, broadcast live on TikTok at @elitetraveltix on date and time stated above.

• The draw will be recorded and archived for transparency and audit purposes.

5. Notification and Response

• Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the live draw.

• It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details.

• Winners must respond to the winning notification within 24 hours, or the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.

6. Prizes

• Prizes are clearly displayed at the top of this page and are subject to availability.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Elite Travel Explorers / Elite Travel Tix reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Responsible Gambling

• This competition involves paid entries and is intended as a form of entertainment.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal data collected during entry will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• By entering, you consent to your data being used for competition administration and marketing in line with our Privacy Policy.

• Winner details may be published for promotional purposes unless the winner requests otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Elite Travel Explorers / Elite Travel Tix accept no responsibility for entries lost or delayed or payments that do not comply with the Friends and Family payment condition.

• Liability is limited to the value of the prize.

• Entrants enter the competition at their own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content and competition materials remain the property of Elite Travel Explorers / Elite Travel Tix.

11. Governing Law

• The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Elite Travel Explorers / Elite Travel Tix, which are final.
